1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dead Serious Co. website (deadserious-3.myshopify.com, and soon deadseriousco.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the site or purchase products.

2. Products and Orders

All products are print-on-demand and subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Dead Serious Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. See our full Refund Policy page for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Dead Serious Co. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dead Serious Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or any products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
